SOAP : Scenes from a film in progress

Above are film stills from the first two shoots of a moving image project entitled SOAP, made with the Tonbridge School community during the first half of the residency programme. The work involves Tonbridge School students as actors and the school as its location. In one scene a group of teenagers are shown experimenting with substances and life-forms in a classroom at night, in another, young army cadets push each-other around a strobing dancefloor. The final scene will be filmed next term, and will feature a new group of actors and musicians from the school.
